DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@sanremoshops.com within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will get a 7-day window to request a return for defective, damaged, or wrong items only. Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We may require photographs 📸 as evidence of the wrong, damaged, or defective item to process your request.
RETURN ADDRESS
For defective, damaged, or wrong items, we will provide you with the specific return address and instructions once we review your return request. Contact us at support@sanremoshops.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will send you the return address and prepaid shipping label.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@sanremoshops.com.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, except for damage and wrong items delivered.
