International Orders
Please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your location and order total:

USA & Canada: $15 flat rate for orders under $100; free shipping on orders over $100.

International: $30 flat rate for orders under $200; free shipping on orders over $200.

Orders may ship in multiple packages depends on fulfilled Locations.

I Just Placed an Order, When Will It Ship?
●Please allow 5–7 business days for processing and production before your order ships.


How Long Is the Shipping Time?
●Average delivery time:7–10 business days

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to external factors such as natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Delivery is handled by third-party shipping carriers.

Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes! You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no penalty.
To cancel, simply email us with the subject line "CANCEL".
If the item has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

I Entered an Incorrect Address!
●No worries—if you've entered the wrong address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us within 24 hours. We’ll update it before shipping.

My Item Arrived Damaged
●We package every order with care, but on rare occasions, damage can occur during transit.

●We’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
